Numbers are rounded ranges. The low end assumes a tightly scoped build and a quiet first year; the high end assumes more features and more hands-on maintenance.
Will you need a bigger Bubble plan?
Bubble meters server usage in workload units (WU). How many your app uses depends more on how it is built than on how many users it has: unconstrained searches, searches inside repeating groups and workflows that run on every page load can multiply consumption. Our rule: move up a plan when WU usage stays above about 70% of your allowance, but audit the app first. In our experience about half of "we need a bigger plan" cases are really "the app is wasting workload units".
