Starting prices, monthly care and typical timelines for everything we build. Every project still gets a written, fixed-scope proposal before any work starts — these numbers tell you whether we're in your range.
How does Webziper price projects?
Webziper prices every project as a fixed scope, paid in milestones: you get a written proposal with the scope, timeline and price, and you pay after you approve each stage. The prices on this page are starting points for a typical first project. AI model usage — the per-request fee charged by providers such as OpenAI or Anthropic — is paid directly to the provider, so you see exactly what it costs.

The price depends mostly on the channels the agent works on, the systems it connects to, and whether it only answers or also takes actions such as creating tickets or updating orders. Model usage is paid to the provider and grows with the number of conversations.

Simple workflows between two tools sit at the lower end. Workflows with many exceptions, approval steps or AI document reading cost more. Server costs for self-hosted n8n are paid directly to your hosting provider.

What does monthly care include?
Monthly care starts at $250 per month and keeps what we built working after launch:
- Monitoring with alerts when an agent, workflow or integration fails.
- Updates to n8n, servers and connected tools, tested before they reach your live setup.
- Fixes when a connected tool changes its API or behaviour.
- Small changes each month, such as a new field, step or answer.
- A short monthly report on what ran, what failed and what changed.
Monthly care is optional. If your team prefers to run things itself, we hand everything over after the free bug-fixing month.
What makes a project cost more or less?
- Number of systems involved, and how good their APIs are.
- Exceptions. The main path is quick to build; real processes have edge cases, and handling them is most of the work.
- Actions versus answers. An agent that only answers is simpler than one that changes data in your systems.
- Data privacy requirements. Self-hosted tools and privately hosted models cost more to set up and run.
- The state of your data. Clean, structured data is faster to work with than scattered files.
Frequently asked questions
Why are AI model costs billed separately?
AI providers charge per request, so the cost depends on how much your agent or workflow is used. Paying the provider directly keeps it transparent: you see the real usage, nothing is marked up, and you keep the account if you ever change developers. We estimate these costs with you before the build.
Are the prices on this page final?
They're starting prices for a typical first project. After a free call and a short audit, you get a written, fixed-scope proposal with the exact price and timeline. The proposal price is what you pay unless you ask for changes to the scope.
Do I have to pay everything up front?
No. Payments are milestone-based: the project is split into stages, and you pay after you approve each one. Every launch also includes one month of free bug fixing.
Do you work hourly?
