1. Who we are

2. What data we collect and why

Contact form and email

When you use the form on our contact page or email us, we receive the information you send: your name, email address, the type of project and your message. We use it only to reply to you, prepare a quote and, if you become a client, to carry out our work together. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.

Analytics (with your consent)

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site — for example which pages are read and how people arrive. It sets cookies in your browser and processes data such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type. Google Analytics is only loaded if you click Accept in our cookie banner; if you decline, no analytics cookies are set. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage, and you can change your cookie settings at any time. We use this information in aggregate to improve the site. You can also block these cookies in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Technical data

When you visit webziper.com, our hosting and content delivery provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested, which is needed to deliver the site securely. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website.

Client projects

If you are a client and give us collaborator access to your Bubble.io app, any personal data inside your app is processed on your behalf and according to our agreement with you. We use that access only to do the agreed work.

3. Service providers we use

Some of these providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. They do so under their own privacy terms and the safeguards those terms describe. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. How long we keep data

We keep contact messages and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and, if we work together, for the duration of our business relationship and any period required by law for accounting or legal purposes. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of Google Analytics. When data is no longer needed, we delete it.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• ask us to correct or delete it;
• object to or ask us to restrict its processing;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@webziper.com. We'll reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority: in the Republic of Moldova, the National Center for Personal Data Protection; in the European Union, the supervisory authority in your country.

6. Security

The site is served only over HTTPS. We limit access to personal data to the people who need it to do their work, and we use reputable providers for email, forms and hosting.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
